Terms and conditions
These terms govern bookings and use of Domaine Jourdan services, including accommodation, restaurant services and related services.

Bookings
Bookings may be made online, by phone, by email or directly with the property.
A booking is confirmed after written confirmation and, where applicable, payment of a deposit or provision of a bank card guarantee.
Cancellation
- Non-refundable offers are charged at booking and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Standard offers may be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. After this period, or in case of no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.
- Specific conditions may apply to groups from 10 guests or 5 rooms.
Arrival, departure and payment
- Arrival is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Late arrival must be arranged with the property.
- Departure is between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. Early arrival or late departure requires prior approval and may incur extra fees.
- Rates are shown in euros, including taxes unless stated otherwise. Tourist tax applies according to current regulations.
Liability and personal data
Domaine Jourdan undertakes to provide confirmed services with care and professionalism.
Guests remain responsible for any damage they cause. The property cannot be held liable for force majeure events.
Personal data linked to bookings is processed according to the website privacy policy.
